Scott Overheard Door Company exemplifies all the best qualities of a professional overhead garage door company. The service tech was on time and replaced all the worn hardware; rollers, cables, and springs. The door works perfectly and the new nylon rollers are extremely quiet. Scott provides great service at a reasonable price.

Stop your search for a dependable and efficient garage door/opener service: Scott Overhead Door is who you need to phone, right now! From the initial point of contact through the completion of work, the service was white-glove. My initial call was answered by informed staff. Messages were promptly returned, even on a Saturday. Scheduling was easy, and efficient. They went out of there way to get us scheduled within a day of phoning. There was no pressure to make any purchases or add extras. That said, when I asked about a new WiFi enabled opener, they were able to explain the features and differences in technology and security. The choice was easy. Awesome service, great people to deal with. My spring had broke at midnight coming home from a long day from work, called them at 8am the next morning and they were out fixing it at noon. Great price, fast service couldnt ask for anything more!

I highly recommend Scott Overhead to everyone! My husband and I were ready to leave for our vacation and the garage door breaks! I called and within a half an hour, they were out with a new spring this morning. I usually do not leave reviews but I am so thankful that there are still nice businesses that are operating and honest people.

Very responsive for my repair. Great service at a fair price. Did not try to upsell me like other companies. Adjusted the springs. The technician could not have been nicer. Would definitely recommend them.

It's never good when your overhead breaks but Scott Overhead provided me with an affordable solution to a serious problem. My experience with Scott Overhead was great from start to finish. I called to schedule an appointment and had a tech in my alley the very next morning. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. A++ service, strongly recommend this company and will most definitely call them again.

Great experience - once again - with Scott Overhead Door. Had my opener system upgraded today, and it was handled with professionalism, skill, and efficiency from the first phone call (to get an estimate) until the tech drove away (following installation). Customer service was exceptional at all levels - everyone was so knowledgable, and communication was always a priority. Tech Johnny was so patient and answered every question - then he walked me through how to use the new equipment and left nothing unanswered. A business to trust, a team with a great work ethic - an awesome company!

I called on Saturday morning of Father’s Day weekend fully understanding that my voicemail would probably not be returned until after the weekend. To my surprise I received a call back within 90 minutes. We were able to set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning. Johnny arrived on time. He explained everything and gave recommendations. He gave me three quotes/options and clearly explained everything. No pressure and answered all my questions. Prices were very fair and the work was completed professionally. This is the second time using this them and they will be the first one to call in the future.

After an excellent experience last year with a new garage door spring, we chose Scott Overhead Door for our new door replacement. It was a bit challenging due to absolutely nothing in our house being square, but the crew that came out was professional and courteous and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to all friends and family.
